DLA Piper assists the sellers with the divestment of Dicentia Studios to Blu Digital Group

The U.S. based media technology company, Blu Digital Group, has acquired the Danish technical audiovisual service company, Dicentia Studios, which specializes in content distribution, localization, and post-production service for the European market.

The acquisition of Dicentia Studios is strategic and will expand Blu Digital Group’s media distribution services, and position the combined group as a major provider of media management, software, localization and distribution services, and post-production services, handling all aspects of the value chain from content to market.

The sellers were advised by a DLA Piper team consisting of Karsten Pedersen, Ida Boysen and Andreas Frandsen.
