DLA Piper Denmark has advised Zefyr Invest II A/S on the acquisition of Tytex A/S

With an annual revenue of approx. DKK 210 million, Tytex A/S has been sold to Zefyr Invest II A/S, which is an investment entity set up by a number of Jutland families in 2017.

Tytex A/S was founded in 1971 and employs 550 people, including 500 in Slovakia. In Europe, Tytex A/S is a blue-chip manufacturer of textile solutions for special needs, such as incontinence, as well as of medical garments used for post-op purposes and chronic diseases.

DLA Piper Denmark advised Zefyr Invest II on the acquisition of Tytex A/S in close collaboration with DLA Piper Slovakia.
