Sale of the iMPREG Group (“iMPREG”) to FSN Capital has been completed

The sale of the iMPREG Group to FSN Capital was approved by the competition authorities and the transaction was completed 17 December 2019.

The transaction has been an example of the collaboration and benefits from being a global law firm having offices around the world. With assistance from our colleagues in Germany, China and US we have been able to advise BWB Partners during the VDD process and preparation of the transaction on matters not only related to Danish law.
