Christina Nedergaard Strøm Kristensen specialises in IP law as well as marketing and consumer law, including strategic IP advice and IPR portfolio management. Christina also specialises in obtaining and maintaining IP rights, such as designs, trademarks, trade secrets and domain names.
Moreover, Christina deals with administrative opposition and revocation proceedings, the enforcement of IP rights, including conducting legal proceedings (such as injunction proceedings as well as proceedings on the preservation of evidence) and out-of-court disputes.
In addition, Christina deals with the handling of IP rights in connection with M&A due diligence, copyright, compliance with marketing law, including in particular regarding online marketing, greenwashing and price marketing, as well as e-commerce and issues of consumer law.
Furthermore, Christina has vast experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements within the fashion and lifestyle industries, such as various cooperation agreements, licence agreements, terms of delivery B2B and B2C, consultancy agreements, etc., as well as dispute resolution.
