Henrik Kring Schmidt provides legal advice on the letting/renting as well as sale and purchase of real estate. 

Henrik has a right of audience before the Danish High Courts and is experienced in conducting litigation involving real estate.  

He has assisted in a number of large transactions and is the regular attorney for DCC Energi (Shell), providing trusted advice. 

Henrik has wide experience in all issues relating to real estate, including sale and purchase, planning and completion of legal due diligence in relation to the conveyancing of real estate, charges, enforcement of security and forced sale. He also advises on business lease issues relating to real estate and assists in negotiating and drafting business leases. 

Moreover, Henrik has vast experience within environmental law, having dealt with the conveyancing of contaminated properties for a large number of years. 

He provides advice on issues of environmental law in connection with the conveyancing of real estate as well as mergers and acquisitions involving real estate. 

Henrik is also Chairman of the governing body of Avnedefonden, a Danish charitable foundation.

  • Henrik Kring Schmidt advised Cemb A/S on the sale and development of a large area comprising more than 1,000 housing units in Glostrup, Greater Copenhagen. The purchaser was Danish property company AKF.  
  • Henrik assisted in the sale and development of Tornhøjcenter, a transformed residential and retail centre in the northern Danish town of Aalborg. 
  • Henrik has advised Colas Danmark A/S on the acquisition of agricultural properties with a view to extracting raw materials and digging gravel pits. 
  • Henrik is the regular attorney for DCC Energi (Shell), providing trusted advice on the letting and renting as well as sale and purchase of properties.
