Jonas acts for a wide variety of clients, including Danish and international property funds, pension companies and project developers.
Moreover, Jonas is experienced in advising on the conclusion of property and asset management agreements with a particular focus on international investors and fund/asset managers.
- Jonas acted for Heimstaden AB on the coordination and completion of a vendor due diligence of the company’s property portfolio comprising over 1,200 property companies and 160,000 rental units situated in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and the UK.
- Jonas acted for KONstruct ApS on the sale of a turnkey housing project comprising 250 residential units under a forward purchase contract.
- Jonas acted for an international, listed developer of turnkey hydrogen fuel cell systems on the acquisition of 45 hectares of land for the purpose of developing and constructing hydrogen production facilities at a project value of approx. DKK 2bn.
