Recent highlights

  • Sebastian represented a company in a high-court case against a bank concerning increases of the interest surcharge/margin and changes of the base interest rate for an overdraft facility during the commitment period. The company was successful in its claim for repayment before the Western High Court, despite having received continuous information on the changes.
  • Sebastian represented the seller of a commercial property in a high-court case against the buyer as to whether any refund from the Danish tax authorities to the seller, following the buyer taking possession of the property, was to accrue to the seller or the buyer.
