DLA Piper advised Gurit Holding AG on the acquisition of JSB Group A/S

Gurit Holding AG has signed an agreement to acquire JSB Group A/S for DKK 520 million (equity value) from Verdane Capital. JSB Group A/S employs some 560 employees and provides core material kits for wind turbine blades with operations in Denmark, Spain, Turkey, USA and China. Closing is expected to take place in October 2018.

Karsten Pedersen, Michael Klöcker, Line Marie Pedersen, Jacob Sørensen and Sara Schjørring from DLA Piper has assisted Gurit on the transaction in cooperation with lawyers from DLA Piper in Spain, USA and China.
