Kasper Fryd Jensen primarily provides advice on the sale and purchase of businesses and is experienced in completing major transactions for Danish as well as international clients.
Kasper advises Danish and international companies, focusing particularly on company law, commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions, and he also provides advice concerning the setting up of a corporate structure and reorganisations, the establishment of warrant schemes, the drafting of shareholders’ agreements, etc.
Kasper provides assistance on a daily basis to a team whose advice and assistance span all aspects of a transaction, including structuring, contractual negotiations and management of the due diligence process.
Moreover, Kasper provides advice with respect to private equity and venture investments across a variety of sectors.
Kasper advised Dansk Ejerkapital, former majority shareholder of ICEpower A/S, on preparatory sales activities and other issues with a view to the completion of a subsequent structured sales process and sale of its shares and reinvestments.
Kasper acted for Colas Danmark A/S on its acquisition of Freiberg Grusgrave A/S.
